[Keith makes a face, but it melts into something like a smile. Hunk is... good people. It makes Keith wish he'd gotten to know him better when they were both at the Garrison. Maybe he could've actually made friends at the time.

In fact. Keith finds himself blurting out,] I'm glad we're friends.

[Hunk's eyes widen marginally, his fingers twitching, mouth dropping open. Oh. Keith actually said--

[He rubs the side of his neck, slightly flushed. Really, that's super nice of Keith to say and he wasn't expecting it... at all, really.] I'm glad that we're friends too. Thanks, Keith.

[Yeah Keith knows it must sound shocking coming from him considering how bad he is at voicing his emotions at the best of times. But he means it.

[A little smile of his own, almost tentative.]

[IT'S REALLY NICE it melts Hunk's heart to bits.

He smiles dopily at Keith, a little at a loss where to go from here because he's just standing and staring at his friend full of feelings.]
